Who'd have thought it'd be apples this time?

I received that note last week and it is so frustrating. I searched through every book I could get a hold of. But still I could not find anything about it. Does anyone have any books that could be of use?

Work has just been so busy. I have finally been able to have time to work on something important to me. There are just so many inequalities in the wizarding world that need to be fixed. At school I saw the problems with house elves, to spend their whole life serving someone, how could that be allowed to happen! I don’t see how no-one else could really understand that. I tried to show people about that at school but they just did not understand. That is why I am so happy now. I finally finished, late last night, my proposal to examine the issue. I hope it goes well.
